Ingredients:
- 2 + 2/3 cups high gluten flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry Fleischmann’s instant yeast
- 11 oz. very warm water
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add water
- Mix with edge attachment for 6 minutes (or by hand)
NOTE: This is too wet to mix with a dough hook. - About Halfway through, scrape the sides with a rubber spatula
- After the dough is mixed, dust it with a little bit of flour
- Use a rubber spatula to remove it from the mixing bowl
- Spray a 12 x 8 baking dish with some cooking spray
- Flatten the dough in the baking dish
- With the oven off, let the dough proof (rise) in the oven for about 2 hours
- Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
- Remove the dough from the baking dish and flip it over
- Add:
- sauce (about 8oz)
- some Italian seasoning
- cheese (about 10oz)
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
